Surface Rematerialing Outline, Slides & Comment.

The rise in average surface temperature is in tandem with rematerialing produced by the rise in Human population, seen in Slide 1 (source is the U.N.), showing expected growth of
Human population as a total growth & split between the 'more developed' (shown in purple at base of columns) and 'lesser developed' (yellow portion of columns).

[Slide 2] The trend of Human Population redistribution will continue to see sprawl into 'new regions', presently naturally materialed with presently sparse Human population. Sprawl will continue into these regions, taking the ‘best' places first and then 'population growth' will ‘fill in’ with a ‘unified human sprawl' Surface (re)materialing consisting mostly of Asphalt and Concrete.

It is readily observed is the relationship of 'global' Median Surface Temperature alterations, it is showing a clearly defined trend linked to Human Population. [Slide 3]

The '15 year lag' shown of the Ocean surface is due to the processes of Conduction and Convection transporting, from the 'new Human Sprawl' land surface rematerialing, the there-in inducted Kinetic energy to the Ocean Surface. The muting of the Ocean Median Surface Temperature trend is due to the production internally of Turbulence within the liquid of the Ocean.

Also, the last 400 years of Human History involved not only the rise of Human population from ~500 Million to ~6 Billion, but saw 'SPRAWL' of this Population lagging 'Growth' due to delay from technology development. It is then this 'initial' 400 years has seen a SLOW rise in Median Surface Temperature. It is perhaps a COINCIDENCE that the manifestation of an OBSERVABLE Median Surface Temperature rise occurred in the last ~100 years, perhaps the 'making' of this observation itself is linked to the development of a required technology development as the lag produced in the actual 'Surface Median Temperature rise' itself was. The NEXT 100 years however will 'begin' with technology to RAPIDLY rematerial vast regions of surface in place. The expectation for a 'rise' in 'new population' is to be ~5 Billion, for a near doubling of the Present overall Human Population. Notice of the Geographic Human Population distribution (Slide 2) shows how this Population Growth will expand, further into those lighter shaded regions.

So all that has already 'happened' by way of Human Population Growth (~5 Billion 'new people') and Surface alterations & rematerialing as consequence to such Population increase over the past 400 years, can be expected again in the next 100 years. There will not be any lag of Median Surface Temperature rises due to technology, this current 100 years begins with such technology available. The manifestation of observable increases NOW within the accumulative process that is raising Median Surface Temperatures will as such be far more strenuous in it's production of observable rises. Attached to this redistribution and alteration in Surface Median Temperature will be the already noticeable 'Weather Patterning' alterations, with these being then expected to have inputted AGAIN within these '100 years' all that has already 'been accumulated in alterations' within the previous 400 years.

The major reason for this 'new Human Population' to have such an ADDITIONAL effect is that it will be ALL within 'new regions', those regions so far still presenting 'naturally materialed surface' and PRESENTLY with only sparse Human Habitat constructions included. The reason for this is that the NEW population growth will occur in what are presently 'under-developed' Nations & 'Economies' whilst the present 'developed nations' suffer population stagnation, see Slide 1 above. The 'Policy formation' needed requires notice of the potential for 'new sprawl' of 'new Human Population' to accelerate the presently observed 'weather patterning' alterations, produced to date from the previous 400 years of accumulated surface alterations, with the real potential for these to NOW be more rapidly observed & more 'severely presented' into the next 100 years.

The increase in 'severity' in the presentation of 'Weather Patterning' alteration due to 'Human produced' surface rematerialing needs realised that the output of the accumulative process will only leave a RESIDUAL amount of Kinetic Energy to be measured as the 'rise' in Median Surface Temperature. The 'to date' measured rise of ~0.7 degrees C in the Median Land Surface Temperature is then that Kinetic Energy that is NOT involved already in Turbulence related processes and is thus only representing a portion of the total REAL alteration in Kinetic Energy induction due to changing the Materials the System Surface is presenting to the surface incident Radiation.

The image in the right portion of Slide 3 then can be read as the 'Total Output of the Accumulative Process' that is driving the rise in Median Surface Temperature, and alterations to Global 'Weather Patterning' Alterations if the attitude of Humanity to its Habitat production is left unaltered and unheeded in its consequences. Only a portion of this accumulative processes output will ever be observed as a 'temperature rise' in any material involved in the 'System' the System will only become more Turbulent, and in the next 100 years become so more rapidly...
